The annual Illinois State Fair, hosted by the Illinois Department of Agriculture, is officially underway. The 2026 Illinois State Fair will run from Thursday, August 13 through Saturday, August 23.
Following the State Fair in Springfield, Illinois will also be hosting the DuQuoin State Fair in the heart of Southern Illinois. The 2026 DuQuoin State Fair will run from August 28 through September 7, 8 a.m. to midnight in DuQuoin, Illinois.
This fair has been celebrated since the 1920s and has continuously grown year-after-year.
